Our range
There's no single best blind. A west-facing living room that cooks all afternoon needs something different to a bedroom you want dark at 6am, and both need something different to a wide sliding door onto a patio.
That's the whole reason we come to you. We look at the window, the light, how you actually use the room, and then recommend from there. Sometimes that's the premium option. Often it isn't.
Everything we supply is custom-made to your measurements — not cut down from a standard size — and most of it is manufactured here in Australia.
Roller Blinds
The most popular blind on the Gold Coast, and for good reason. Clean lines, no visible hardware when they're up, and the widest fabric range of anything we do — from light-filtering screens that keep the view to full blockout for bedrooms.
Sunscreen fabrics are the ones most people don't know about. They cut glare and heat while still letting you see out, which matters when you've paid for a water view.
Best for: almost any window. The default choice unless there's a reason to go another way.

Vertical Blinds
Sliding doors, wide living room windows, anywhere a roller would be unwieldy. The vanes rotate so you can angle the light through the day, and draw fully to one side when you want the whole opening clear.
They've come a long way from the office-fitout look — modern fabrics and wider vanes make a real difference.
Best for: sliding doors and windows over about 2.5 metres wide.

Venetian Blinds
Tilt the slats and you can have light without losing privacy, which is why they work so well in street-facing rooms and bathrooms.
Aluminium venetians are slim, durable and the practical choice for wet areas. Timber venetians bring warmth and suit older Queensland homes and anywhere you want the blind to feel like furniture rather than hardware.
Best for: rooms where you want privacy and light at the same time.

Panel Blinds
Large fabric panels that slide past each other on a track. Designed for full-height glass, stacker doors and room dividers — where you want something soft rather than the hard lines of a vertical.
They stack neatly to one side, so you get the full opening back when you want it.
Best for: floor-to-ceiling glass and openings over three metres.
Veri Shades
A hybrid, and genuinely clever. They hang and move like a sheer curtain, but rotate like a vertical blind — so you get the softness of fabric with the light control of a blind, and no chains or wands.
Popular in coastal homes where a hard blind feels wrong but a curtain isn't practical.
Best for: sliding doors in homes going for a softer, more relaxed look.
Motorisation
Worth it on the windows you can't easily reach, and on any run of blinds you'd otherwise be opening one at a time every morning. Battery, hardwired or solar depending on the window, and most systems will run from an app or an existing smart home setup.
We'll be straight with you about where it's worth the money and where it isn't.

Good to know
A basic roller blind on a standard window starts in the low hundreds. Timber venetians or motorised systems cost considerably more. The honest answer is that it depends on size, fabric and quantity — and the measure and quote is free, so you'll get a real figure rather than a guess.
A sunscreen roller blind is usually the answer on the Gold Coast. It blocks a large share of the heat and glare while keeping the view. For bedrooms, a blockout roller with side channels does the most.
